Abstract

Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av en tverrbundet polymersammensetning, omfattende trinnene: (a) å fremstille en tverrbindbar blanding av et tverrbindingsmiddel og en umettet polyolefin som har en total mengde av karbon-karbon dobbeltbindinger/1000 karbonatomer på mer enn 0,37, hvor blandingstrinnet blir utført før og/eller under ekstrudering av det umettede polyolefin og tverrbindingsmiddelet er i en flytende tilstand når det kommer i kontakt med den umettede polyolefin, (b) å ekstrudere blandingen i en ekstruder, (c) å påføre den ekstruderte blandingen på et substrat og (d) behandling av den ekstruderte blanding under tverrbindingsbetingelser.
