Abstract
En CTE modifisert loddesammensetning som kan anvendes for fremstilling av en sterk gasstett sammenføyning hvor minst ett av sammenføyningselementene innbefatter et keramisk materiale (f.eks. et keramisk materiale eller et cermet). Loddesammensetningen formuleres slik at den reduserer termisk stress som kommer som resultat av ikke-match av termiske ekspansjonskoeffisienter mellom et keramisk sammenføyningselement og loddingen eller andre sammenføyningselementer. Loddesammensetningen innbefatter en loddelegering i pulver, pasta eller bulkform blandet med et eller flere partikulære eller fibrøse fyllstoffer som fremviser en lav (dvs. ikke mer enn 6 ppm/K) eller negativ termisk ekspansjonskoeffisient. Loddesammensetningen kan anvendes for å sammenføye elementer, hvor minst et av disse innbefatter et keramisk materiale, og et komposittelement fremstilt ved sammenføyning av to eller flere elementer.
