Abstract

Det beskrives videre fremgangsmåter for fremstilling av dette materialet.A magnesium-based hydrogen storage material is disclosed which includes magnesium or a magnesium-based hydrogen storage alloy and a hydrogen sorption catalyst which is insoluble in said magnesium-based hydrogen storage alloy and is in the form of: 2) discrete, dispersed areas on the surface of particles of said magnesium or magnesium-based hydrogen storage alloys; 3) a continuous or semi-continuous layer of catalytic material on the surface of said magnesium or magnesium-based hydrogen storage alloy in bulk or particle form; or 4) combinations thereof. Further, methods for preparing this material are described.
