Abstract
Det blir beskrevet en innretning til skjermfremvisende diagnose av vev under valgfri anvendelse av to diagnosemetoder, nemlig en modus til diagnostisk hvittlysendoskopi DWLE og en modus til diagnostisk autofluorescensendoskopi DAFE. Lyset fra en lyskilde (2) blir gjennom en lysleder (3) tilført vevet (1). Bildet av vevet som skal undersøkes blir ved hjelp av en bildeoverføringsenhet (4) avbildet på en bildeopptaksenhet (5), og bildesignalene som blir laget der blir bearbeidet i en bildebearbeidingsenhet (6) og vist på en monitor (7). For en forbedret DAFE detekterer bildeenheten (5) ved siden av den egentlige vevs-fluorescensstrålingen i tillegg stråling fra minst to spektrale bånd eller. to grupper spektrale fra lyskilden (2) reflektert fra vevet.
