Sammendrag O. nr. E39502 Det beskrives e n fremgangsmåte for diagnostisering av multippel sklerose og mer spesielt en metode for diagnostisering av multippel sklerose ved å måle nivåene av antistoff mot glukaner i en biologisk prøve. Fortrinnsvis er antistoffene anti-maltose IgM. I en spesiell utførelsesform måles nivåene av antistoffer mot et sett av forskjellige glukaner ved hjelp av karbohydrat-chips.
