Abstract

Det beskrives en farmasøytisk multikomponentdoseringsform som er egnet for å inneholde medikamentsubstanser der disse kan frigis for å gi en kontrollert medikamentfrigivningsprofil i fordøyelseskanalomgivelsene. Det er således beskrevet et legeme som for eksempel omfatter et polymermateriale for forsinket frigivning som Eudragit 4135F der legemet har minst en kavitet der denne har en åpning, og der åpningen kan lukkes for eksempel ved hjelp av en film bestående av et polymermateriale for umiddelbar frigivning, for eksempel Eudragit EI 00 eller en blanding derav, forbundet med legemet og som lukker for åpningen.
