Abstract
Den foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører en fremgangsmåte for reparasjon av en beskyttende kledning i en industriell reaksjons- eller transportbeholder, så som en konverterbeholder, en elektrisk lysbueovn eller en øse. Fremgangsmåten omfatter identifisering av kombinerte områder av kledningen som har en tykkelse under en forbestemt terskelverdi ved hjelp av en måleinnretning som måler resttykkelsen til kledningen, og en prosesseringsenhet som i et første trinn omformer resttykkelsesdataene til binære data ved sammenlikning av de målte resttykkelsesdataene med den forbestemte terskelverdien for tykkelsen til kledningen, og tildeling av den binære verdien '1' til områder av kledningen som har en tykkelse under den forbestemte terskelverdien, og den binære verdien '0' til områder av kledningen som har en tykkelse lik eller større enn den forbestemte terskelverdien eller vice versa, i et andre trinn kombineres isolerte områder av kledningen som har en tykkelse under den forbestemte terskelverdien til kombinerte områder av kledningen, til hvilke den binære verdien for områder av kledningen som har en tykkelse under den forbestemte terskelverdien tildeles, og i et tredje trinn beregnes posisjonen og reparasjonssekvensen til hvert enkelt av de kombinerte områdene, og disse dataene overføres til en reparasjonsinnretning, og påføring av monolittisk kledningsmateriale på de kombinerte områdene beregnet av prosesseringsinnretningen ved hjelp av en reparasjonsinnretning.
