Abstract
Se da una descripcion de composiciones de revestimiento de alimentos que comprenden: a) una dispersion plastica o una mezcla de dispersiones plasticas que comprenden por lo menos un homo- o copolimero de poli(met)acrilato que tiene por lo menos 55% en peso de unidades de monomero de (met) acrilato y tambien 0.1 a 30% en peso de por lo menos un coloide protector, y tambien b) auxiliares y aditivos usados para producir revestimientos de alimentos; los revestimientos se distinguen por velocidades de transmision de vapor de agua suficientemente altas, capacidad de absorcion de agua baja y tambien capacidad de reemulsificacion baja y tienen buenas propiedades mecanicas en el estado humedo.
