Abstract
La invencion se refiere a secuencias de nucleotidos de bacterias corineformes que codifican a las proteinas que participan en la biosintesis de la L-serina asi como a un procedimiento para la produccion de L-serina. Por medio de la delecion de cuando menos 79 aminoacidos en la terminal C de la secuencia serA tipo silvestre puede producirse una dihidrogenasa de 3-fosfoglicerato que tiene una reducida retroinhibicion por L-serina frente a la secuencia de tipo silvestre.
