Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a un adhesivo y mas particularmente a un adhesivo curable por humedad. En una modalidad, la presente invencion incluye un adhesivo curable por humedad que contiene un polimero que incluye grupos extremos de silicona reactiva, un catalizador y de aproximadamente 3% hasta aproximadamente 35% en peso de diluyente. La composicion adhesiva curable por humead muestra propiedades mejoradas de pegajosidad y auto-nivelacion a viscosidades bajas, menores de 10,000 centipoises. En otra modalidad mas la composicion adhesiva curable por humead contiene un polimero que incluye grupos extremos de silicona reactiva, un catalizador y hasta aproximadamente 40% en peso de rellenador, con base en el peso total de la composicion adhesiva. La composicion adhesiva curable por humead mantiene claridad a una alta carga de rellenador y tiene excelente resistencia a los rayos UV. Preferentemente, el rellenador es un silice ahumada que tiene un area superficial maxima de menos de aproximadamente 250 m2/g. En otra modalidad mas, el adhesivo curable por humead contiene un polimero que incluye un grupo de silicona reactiva y aproximadamente 40% en peso a aproximadamente 85% en peso de rellenador, y tiene una viscosidad menor de aproximadamente 500,000 centipoises.
