Abstract
El proceso comprende: (1) la preparacion de una mezcla que comprende al menos un monomero organico Z con un grupo C=C, polimerizable por un proceso de radicales, al menos un compuesto fotocromico organico, al menos un tensoactivo, agua y opcionalmente un agente de imprimacion de la polimerizacion; (2) el tratamiento de la mezcla obtenida en la etapa (1), con objeto de formar una miniemulsion que consiste de una fase organica dispersada en forma de gotas que tienen un diametro de 50 a 500 nm, y preferiblemente 50 a 300 nm, en una fase acuosa; (3) la adicion a la miniemulsion de un agente de imprimacion de la polimerizacion, si esto ultimo no se introdujo en la etapa (1), o de una cantidad de agente de imprimacion adicional a aquella agregada en la etapa (1); (4) la polimerizacion de la mezcla de reaccion obtenida en la etapa (3), y (5) la recuperacion del latex fotocromico.
