Abstract

La presente invencion proporciona un nucleo de comprimido que comprende al menos aproximadamente 95 % en peso de un polimero de amina alifatica. La invencion proporciona tambien un metodo de produccion de un nucleo de comprimido que comprende al menos aproximadamente 95% en peso de una resina de polimero de amina alifatica. El metodo comprende la etapa de comprimir el polimero de amina alifatica para formar el nucleo del comprimido. El nucleo del comprimido puede incluir adicionalmente uno o mas excipientes. En esta forma de realizacion, el metodo de produccion del nucleo de comprimido comprende las etapas de: (1) hidratar el polimero de amina alifatica hasta el nivel de humedad deseado; (2) mezclar el polimero de amina alifatica con los excipientes en cantidades tales que el polimero comprenda al menos aproximadamente 95% en peso de la mezcla resultante; y (3) comprimir la mezcla para formar el nucleo del comprimido.
