Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a un proceso para la produccion recombinante de un polipeptido heterologo deseado con un termino N homogeneo claramente definido en una celula bacteriana hospedera, en donde inicialmente se forma una proteina de fusion que comprende un peptido con la actividad autoproteolitica de una autoproteasa Npro de un pestivirus y el polipeptido heterologo en la forma de cuerpos de inclusion citoplasmicos en la celula hospedera, y luego se aislan los cuerpos de inclusion y se tratan de tal manera que el polipeptido heterologo deseado se disocie autoproteoliticamente mediante la actividad de Npro, a partir de la proteina de fusion.
