Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a derivados novedosos de indolo-2,3-diono-3-oxima capaces de antagonizar el efecto de aminoácidos excitadores, tales como glutamato; más específicamente los derivados novedosos de indolo-2,3-diono-3-oxima de la invencion pueden describirse por medio de la formula general (I), en la que R3 representa "Het", o un grupo de la formula (II), en la que "Het" representa un anillo heterocíclico, monocíclico, de 4 a 7 miembros saturado o insaturado, por lo menos una de R31, R32 y R33 representa hidrogeno, alquilo o hidroxialquilo, y por lo menos una de R31, R32 y R33 representa independientemente (CH2)nR34; en la que R34 representa hidroxi, carboxi, alcoxicarbonilo, CONR35R36, o "Het": en donde n es 0, 1, 2 o 3; y R35 representa fenilo, naftilo, tienilo o piridilo, de los cuales todos pueden substituirse: "A" representa un anillo de cinco a siete átomos fusionado con el anillo benzo en las posiciones marcadas "a" y "b", y formado por medio de los siguientes radicales bivalentes: a-NR6-CH2-CH2-b; a-CH2-NR6-CH2-b; a-CH2-CH2-NR6-b; a-NR6-CH2-CH2-b; a-CH2-NR6-CH2- CH2-b; a-CH2-CH2-NR6-CH2-b; a-CH2-CH2-CH2-NR6-b; a-NR6-CH2-CH2-CH2-CH2-b; a-CH2-NR6-CH2-CH2-CH2-b; a-CH2-CH2-NR6-CH2-CH2-b; a-CH2-CH2-CH2-NR6-CH2-b; o a-CH2-CH2-CH2-CH2-NR6-b; en donde R6 representa hidrogeno, alquilo o CH2CH2OH, o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable de los mismos.
