Abstract
Un método y aparato para hacer vesículas adecuadas para usarlas como agentes de contraste en el cual e contenedor que contene una fase en suspension acuosa y una fase de gas separada se agita usando un movimiento alternativo El movimiento alternativo se produce mediante un brazo agitador que mueve el contenedor en dos direcciones sustancialmente perpendiculares, siendo el movimiento en la primera direccion perpendiculares, siendo el mivimiento en la primero direccion a lo largo de una trayectoria arqueada. La trayectoria total del movimiento ocurre en un patron de figura en 8. La frecuencia de agitacion es de cuando menos aproximadamente 2800 rpm, la longitud del brazo agitador es de cuando menos aproximadamente 6cm, y el ángulo a través del cual el brazo agitador gira en la primero direccion es de cuando menos aproximadamente 3o. La longitud total de recorrido alrededor del patron de figura en 8 es de cuando menos 0.7 centímetros.
