Abstract
La presente invencion se relaciona con formas particulares de una N-[2-metil-1-(trifluoroacetil)propil] pirrolidin-2-carboxamida 1-sustituida de la formula (I) las cuales son inhibidores de la elastasa de leucocito humano (HLE), también conocido como elastasa de neutrofilo humano (HNE) haciendolas utiles siempre que tal inhibicion se desee, tal como para herramienta de investigacion de estudios farmacologicos, de diagnostico y estudios relacionados y en el tratamiento de enfermedades en mamíferos, los cuales la HLE esta implicada. La invencion también incluye composiciones farmacéuticas que contienen tales formas, procesos para preparar las formas e intermediariosutiles en la síntesis de las formas.
