Abstract
La presente solicitud se refiere a un procedimiento novedoso y mejorado para la preparación de derivados de 5-(hidroxialquilo)-1-fenilo-1,2,4-triazol de la fórmula (I) (ver Fórmula) (I) en la que R1A y R1B se seleccionan independientemente del grupo que consiste en hidrógeno, flúor, cloro, metilo, monofluormetilo, difluormetilo, trifluormetilo, etilo, metoxi, difluormetoxi y trifluormetoxi, nuevas fases previas para su preparación y la preparación y el uso de la modificación cristalina I de (5-(4-clorofenil)-2-({1-(3-clorofenil)-5-[(1S)-1-hidroxietil]-1H-1,2,4-triazol-3-ilo}metilo)-4-[(2S)-3,3,3-trifluor-2-hidroxipropil]-2,4-dihidro-3H-1,2,4-triazol-3-ona de la fórmula (l-A-1).
