Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a conjugados de anticuerpo-farmaco (ADC) que contienen duocarmicina para su uso en el tratamiento de tumores solidos humanos y malignidades hematologicas que expresan a HER2, en particular cancer de mama, cancer gastrico, cancer de vejiga, cancer de ovario, cancer de pulmon, cancer de prostata, cancer pancreatico, cáncer colorrectal, cancer escamocelular de cabeza y cuello u osteosarcoma y leucemia linfoblastica aguda; en particular, la presente invencion se refiere a ADC que contienen duocarmicina para su uso en el tratamiento de tumores solidos humanos con estado de tejido HER2 IHC 2+ o 1+ y negativo para FISH de HER2; en forma ventajosa, la presente invencion se refiere a ADC que contienen duocarmicina para su uso en el tratamiento de cancer de mama triplemente negativo (TNBC).
