Abstract

Un sistema generador de aerosol (y método) que comprende un dispositivo generador de aerosol (1) para generar una salida de aerosol (2) y un controlador (12) para controlar al dispositivo de generación (1) utilizando una señal de impulsión del generador. Se utiliza un detector de la densidad del aerosol (6,9). Un dispositivo para la medición del tiempo de propagación (13) se adapta para derivar una medición de tiempo con base en la señal de impulsión de generador y la salida del detector de la densidad del aerosol, en donde la medición de tiempo y la densidad del aerosol se combinan para derivar una velocidad de salida del aerosol.
