Abstract

La presente invención describe un procedimiento mejorado de segunda generación para la síntesis de NRC-1111 (I, 5-[2-[[4-(metilsulfonil)-1-piperazinil]metil]-7-(4-morfolinil)tie no[2,3-c]piridin-5-il]-2-pirimidinamina) dimetano sulfonato y NRC-1109 (II, 5-[3-metil-2-([4-metilsulfonilpiperazin-1-il)metil]- 7-morfolino-tieno[2,3-c]piridin-5 il]pirimidin-2-amina) dimetanosulfonato. Este procedimiento es rentable, de alto rendimiento e industrialmente factible para la síntesis de compuestos de las fórmulas I y II con alta pureza. Fórmula (I) Fórmula (I): R = H para NRC-1111 y Fórmula (II): R = CH3 para NRC-1109.
