Abstract

Compuestos novedosos de la fórmula estructural (I), y las sales farmacéuticamente aceptables de los mismos, son inhibidores de actividad de canales de Nav1.8 y pueden ser útiles en el tratamiento, prevención, manejo, mejoramiento, control y supresión de enfermedades mediadas por actividad de canales de Nav1.8. Los compuestos de la presente invención pueden ser útiles en el tratamiento, prevención o manejo de trastornos de dolor, trastornos de tos, trastornos de comezón aguda y trastornos de comezón crónica.
