Abstract

세포사멸 수용체 5(death receptor 5; DR5) 저해제를 유효성분으로 포함하는 CX3CL1( fractalkine) 케모카인 과발현으로 인한 질환 예방 또는 치료용 조성물, DR5의 발현 또는 활성 저해제를 치료적 유효량으로 CX3CL1 케모카인 과발현으로 인한 질환 예방 또는 치료를 필요로 하는 환자에게 투여하는 단계를 포함하는, CX3CL1 케모카인 과발현으로 인한 질환의 예방 또는 치료 방법, 및 DR5의 발현 또는 활성 저해제의 CX3CL1 케모카인 과발현으로 인한 질환 예방 또는 치료를 위한 용도에 관한 것이다.
