Abstract

Las presentes modalidades proporcionan una línea de Brassica juncea productora de DPA (DPA Juncea) novedosa denominada como NUBJ1207. Las modalidades también proporcionan las semillas, las plantas y las partes de la planta (incluyendo el ADN) de la línea NUBJ1207 de DPA Juncea, además de los métodos para producir una planta Brassica producida mediante el cruzamiento de la línea NUBJ1207 de DPA Juncea con ella misma o con otra línea de Brassica. Estas modalidades también proporcionan métodos para producir una planta Brassica productora de DPA que contiene en su material genético uno o más transgenes, y las plantas y partes de la planta transgénicas producidas mediante dichos métodos. Estas modalidades además proporcionan líneas o líneas reproductoras y partes de la planta con producción de DPA derivadas de la línea NUBJ1207 de DPA Juncea, métodos para producir líneas de canola o partes de la planta derivadas de la línea NUBJ1207, y las plantas Brassica productoras de DPA, variedades y sus partes derivadas del uso de dichos métodos. Estás modalidades también proporcionan semillas, plantas y partes de la planta híbridas producidas mediante el cruzamiento de la línea NUBJ1207 de DPA Juncea con otra línea de Brassica o de canola.
