Abstract
Una composición de hidrogel estéril que comprende un polímero reticulado, en donde el polímero reticulado es un producto de oxidación de un hialuronano modificado con tiol y en donde el hialuronano modificado con tiol tiene un grado de modificación de hialuronano con restos de tiol de más de aproximadamente 80 µmol por gramo de polímero, en donde el hialuronano modificado con tiol tiene un grado de modificación de hialuronano con restos de tiol de menos de aproximadamente 280 µmol por gramo de polímero, en donde la composición tiene un contenido de tiol residual de menos de 20% con respecto al grado de modificación del hialuronano modificado con tiol.
