Abstract

Un sistema de fraccionamiento para remover hidrocarburos pesados en una corriente de gas. Una sección de extracción recibe una fase predominantemente de líquido de una corriente de gas de alimentación. El primero y segundo sistemas de contacto de co-corriente se ubican en línea dentro de una tubería. El primer sistema de contacto de co-corriente recibe una fase predominantemente de vapor de la corriente de gas de alimentación. Cada sistema de contacto de co-corriente incluye un aparato de contacto de co-corriente y un sistema de separación. Cada aparato de contacto de co-corriente incluye un generador de gotitas y una sección de transferencia de masa. El generador de gotitas genera las gotitas de un líquido y dispersa las gotitas en una corriente de gas. La sección de transferencia de masa proporciona un flujo de dos fases, mezclado que tiene una fase de vapor y una fase de líquido. El sistema de separación separa la fase de vapor de la fase de líquido.
