Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para producir un sistema de recubrimiento sobre un sustrato, que comprende producir una película de capa base curada sobre el sustrato al aplicar un material de capa base acuoso pigmentado al sustrato y luego curar el material de capa base, donde el material de capa base comprende un producto de reacción basado en poliéter que se puede preparar mediante reacción de (a) al menos un dianhídrido tetracarboxílico cíclico que tiene un radical X alifático, aromático o aralifático que une los dos grupos anhídrido, con (b) al menos un poliéter de la fórmula estructural general (II) (ver Fórmula) en la cual R es un radical alquileno C3 a C6 y n se selecciona de tal manera que el poliéter (b) posee un peso molecular promedio en número de 500 a 5000 g/mol, donde los componentes (a) y (b) se usan en la reacción en una relación molar de 0,7/2,3 a 1,6/1,7 y el producto de reacción resultante posee un índice de acidez de 5 a 80 mg KOH/g, y donde la película de capa base curada representa al menos parcialmente la capa superior del sistema de recubrimiento producido.
