Abstract
Un método in vitro para integrar una secuencia de ADN exógeno en el genoma de una célula usando un sistema de transposón. El sistema de transposón incluye un primer vector que lleva secuencias de repetición invertida y un ADN exógeno, y un segundo vector que expresa una transposasa. También se proporciona un kit que incluye el sistema de transposón para integrar un ADN exógeno en el genoma de una célula. Se describe un método para tratar un sujeto que incluye diseñar una célula inmune para transportar una secuencia de ADN exógeno usando el método y/o el kit descrito anteriormente y administrar una cantidad efectiva de la célula inmune modificada al sujeto.
