Abstract
La presente invención se refiere al campo de la regeneración de músculos y más en particular a la reposición del conjunto de células madre musculares in vivo; se refiere más específicamente a un agente estimulador del receptor 5-hidroxitriptamina B1 y a una composición que comprende dicho agente, para usarse como i) un promotor de la autorrenovación y/o diferenciación de células satélite y/o ii) un agente que previene e/o inhibe el agotamiento del grupo de células satélite; la invención además abarca métodos terapéuticos y de detección.
