Abstract

La presente invencion proporciona un metodo para reducir un derivado de 7H-pirrolo[2,3-d]pirimidina que es util como un inhibidor de la quinasa janus (JAK); un intermediario del derivado 7H-pirrolo[2,3-d]pirimidina; y un metodo para producir el intermediario; la presente invencion proporciona un metodo para producir 3-[(3S,4R)-3- metil-6-(7H-pirrolo[2,3-d]pirimidin-4- il)-1,6-diazaspiro[3.4]octan-1-il]-3- oxopropanenitrilo, el cual utiliza una sal de un acido organico y bencilo de acido (3S,4R)- 3-metil-1,6-diazaspiro[3.4]octano-1-carboxilico.
