Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un sistema y a un proceso para la recuperación en seco de finos de óxido de hierro a partir de rocas compactas y semicompactas portadoras de hierro que comprende medios de trituración primaria (5), secundaria (6) y terciaria (7, 7´) para la reducción preliminar de la granulometría de minerales que contiene los finos de óxido de hierro en rocas compactas y semicompactas; medios de molienda fina (10, 10´, 21) de los minerales de óxido de hierro reducidos en las trituraciones primaria (5), secundaria (6) y terciaria (7, 7´), provistos de un aeroclasificador dinámico (3.5, 4.6,5.4); medios de aeroclasificación estática (11, 12, 13) dispuestos en serie para cortes granulométricos intermedios y filtros de manga (14) para la retención de la fracción fina; y medios de separación magnética (15, 16, 17) , con rodillos magnéticos (71, 72, 73) dispuestos en cascada en un ángulo de inclinación variable, y formados por imanes de baja y / o alta intensidad magnética.
