Abstract
Se describe un método para preparar composiciones secas para inhalación en polvo que comprenden dos o más ingredientes activos y excipiente en partículas inerte y un método para ajustar el rendimiento de tales composiciones. El método comprende mezclar el primer ingrediente activo y una porción del segundo ingrediente activo con un primer excipiente para proporcionar una primera premezcla, mezclar la porción restante del segundo ingrediente activo con un segundo excipiente para proporcionar una segunda premezcla y finalmente mezclar juntas la primera y la segunda premezcla, en donde los dos grados del excipiente difieren en su tamaño medio de partícula. El nivel de la FPD del segundo ingrediente activo se puede ajustar simplemente al cambiar la relación de cómo se divide el primero y el segundo excipiente.
