Abstract
Se proporcionan un sistema de recocido continuo y un método de recocido continuo con los cuales es posible lograr una atmósfera de recocido que tiene un bajo punto de rocío la cual es adecuada para el recocido de una banda de acero que contiene metales fácilmente oxidables tales como Si y Mn a bajo costo y con estabilidad al evitar que metales fácilmente oxidables tales como Si y Mn en el acero se concentren en una porción de superficie de una banda de acero y la formación de óxidos de metales fácilmente oxidables tales como Si y Mn. El sistema de recocido continuo incluye un horno de recocido vertical que tiene rodillos superiores y rodillos inferiores en los cuales una banda de acero se enrolla, una zona de calentamiento, y una zona de homogeneización, orificios de aspiración de gas a través de los cuales una parte de un gas en el interior del horno de recocido vertical se aspira, un refinador en el que agua y oxígeno se eliminan del gas aspirado a través de los orificios de aspiración de gas, y orificios de suministro de gas a través de los cuales el gas tratado en el refinador se devuelve al horno de recocido vertical, en el cual los orificios de suministro de gas se proporcionan en posiciones donde el gas se sopla a una banda de acero descendente en un intervalo de temperatura de 300 °C o superior y 700 °C o inferior en el horno de recocido vertical.
