Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una manteca vegetal en forma de una pasta, obtenida de materias primas de origen no animal, que es capaz de sustituir total o parcialmente las grasas de origen vegetal y/o animal y, más particularmente, las grasas de origen animal como la manteca. La invención también se refiere a los usos de esta como un producto novedoso en los campos de la panificación y/o repostería y/o bollería vienesa. La invención se refiere además a los productos de la panificación, repostería y/o bollería vienesa obtenidos mediante el uso de dicha manteca vegetal en sus recetas.
