Abstract
La presente invención se refiere en parte a ácidos nucleicos que codifican proteínas, ácidos nucleicos que contienen nucleótidos no canónicos, compuestos terapéuticos que comprenden ácidos nucleicos, métodos, kits y dispositivos para inducir la expresión de proteínas por parte de las células, métodos, kits y dispositivos para transfectar, editar los genes y reprogramar células, así como células, organismos y compuestos terapéuticos producidos utilizando estos métodos, kits y dispositivos.
