Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un material macroporoso para rellenar huecos óseos; en particular, se describe un material de implante que comprende gránulos de polímero biorreabsorible y un disolvente biocompatible miscible enagua, en donde el disolvente disuelve por lo menos parcialmente y/o ablanda los gránulos de polímero para formar una masa moldeable que se puede usar para rellenar un defecto óseo, pero que se endurece cuando se le agrega agua y/o el material de implante se pone en un medio acuoso, y en donde el material de implante tiene una macroporosidad adecuada para el crecimiento interno de hueso.
