Abstract

La invención se relaciona con un nuevo proceso para la preparación de la dronedarona (I) y de las sales farmacéuticamente aceptables de la misma donde el compuesto de la fórmula (II) o la sal del mismo se hacen reaccionar con un compuesto de la fórmula L-(CH2)3-CH3 (III), donde L es un grupo saliente, y para el aislamiento del producto obtenido y, si se desea, para convertirlo en una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo. La invención también se relaciona con algunos nuevos compuestos intermediarios y con la preparación de los mismos.
