Abstract
Un método para doblar un panel, donde: a) al menos un panel (1, 2) se coloca en un anillo de predoblado (7a) con un sujetador móvil (3) del anillo de doblado, el sujetador móvil (3) del anillo de doblado se mueve al interior de un horno (4), y el panel (1, 2) se calienta hasta la temperatura de suavizado y se predobla hasta de 5% a 50% del doblez final del borde, b) el panel (1, 2) es levantado mediante un dispositivo de succión (5) y se dobla más allá del doblado obtenido en el anillo de predoblado (7a), donde, durante el doblado en una superficie de contacto doblada (12) de un contramarco (8) del dispositivo de succión (5), hay una distancia mínima (18) de 3 mm a 50 mm entre el panel (1, 2) y un deflector de aire (11) de una cubierta (9) del dispositivo de succión (5) que rodea al contramarco (8), c) el panel (1, 2) es colocado por medio del dispositivo de succión (5) en un anillo de doblado final (7b) en el sujetador móvil (3) del anillo de doblado, y es doblado hasta el doblez final del borde, y el predoblado de la superficie del panel (1, 2) tiene lugar mediante irradiación térmica, d) el panel (1, 2) es levantado por un segundo dispositivo de succión (15) fuera del anillo de doblado final (7b), se prensa contra un contramolde (16) y se dobla, y el panel (1, 2) se coloca en el anillo de doblado final (7b), y e) el panel (1, 2) es enfriado.
