Abstract
Hoja de acero laminado en frío de alta resistencia que tiene capacidad de embutición profunda y capacidad de temple en horno excelentes, una resistencia a la tracción de 440 MPa o mayor, un valor r promedio no menor de 1.20 y un valor de temple en horno de 40 MPa o mayor, obtenida mediante una materia prima de acero que comprende la siguiente composición química C: 0.010-0.06% en masa, Si: más de 0.5% en masa pero no más de 1.5% en masa, de 1.0 a 3.0% de Mn, de 0.010 a 0.090% de Nb, y de 0.015 a 0.15% de Ti y satisface (Nb/93) / (C/12) < 0.20 para laminación en caliente, laminación en frío y después para temple que comprende los siguientes pasos de calentamiento desde una temperatura de 700 a 800°C hasta una temperatura de 800 a 900°C en una velocidad de aumento de temperatura de menos de 3°C/s, remojo, y luego enfriamiento a no menos de 5°C/s o más rápido desde la temperatura de remojo hasta una temperatura de paro de enfriamiento de 500°C o menos para obtener una formación que incluye una fase de ferrita que tiene una proporción de área de 70% o más y una fase de martensita que tiene una proporción de área de 3% o más.
