Abstract

La invención se refiere a un procedimiento de preparación de derivados de 5-amino-benzoil-benzofurano de fórmula general I, en la que R1 representa hidrógeno o un grupo alquilo y R2 representa hidrógeno, un grupo alquilo, alcoxi o dialquilaminoalcoxi: por reducción de un derivado de 5-nitro-benzofurano de fórmula general II: por medio de un agente de transferencia de hidrógeno, en presencia de paladio sobre carbono como catalizador y en un éter o una mezcla de éter como disolvente.
