Abstract
Se describen sistemas y métodos para remover gas solidificable de un flujo de gas de proceso mediante contacto directo con un líquido frío. El flujo de gas de proceso incluye por lo menos gas que es congelado mediante el líquido frío mientras que uno o más de otros gases del flujo de gas de proceso permanecen en un estado gaseoso. El flujo de gas de proceso puede incluir agua, y tendrá una composición diferente que el líquido frío. El contacto del líquido frío con el flujo de gas de proceso puede ser a una presión que es menor de 200 psia, y opcionalmente menor de 100 psia, 50 psia, o aún 30 psia, y el gas solidificado puede ser removido del montaje de contacto como una suspensión con el líquido frío.
