Abstract

Se describen compuestos de la fórmula (I) o estereoisómeros o sales de los mismos, (Ver Formula) en donde: X1, X2, X3, W, Q1, Q2 y G2 se definen en la presente. También se describen métodos para usar estos compuestos como agonistas selectivos para el receptor S1P1 acoplado a proteína G, y composiciones farmacéuticas que comprenden estos compuestos. Estos compuestos son útiles para tratar, prevenir o hacer más lenta la progresión de enfermedades o trastornos en una variedad de áreas terapéuticas, tales como enfermedades autoinmunes y enfermedad vascular.
