Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a derivados de N-[(6-aza- biciclo[3.2.1]oct-1 -iI)-aril-metil]-benzamida de la fórmula (I). R representa un átomo de hidrógeno o un grupo alquilo(C1-C6), cicloalquilo-(C3-C7), opcionalmente sustituido por uno o varios de flúor, cicloalquilo-(C3-C7), alcenilo(C2-C4), fenilo, alcoxi(C1-C6), hidroxi; R1 representa un fenilo o naftilo, opcionalmente substituido por uno o varios de halógeno, alquilo(C1-C6), alcoxi(C1-C6), haloalquilo-(C1-C6), NR4R5, alquil-tio(C1-C6), alquil(C1-C6)-SO2, fenilo o heteroarilo; R2 representa uno o varios átomos de hidrógeno, de halógeno, haloalquilo-(C1-C6), alquilo(C1-C6), cicloalquilo(C3-C7), cicloalquil-(C3-C7)-alquilo(C1-C3); R3, R4 y R5 representan independientemente uno de otro un átomo de hidrógeno o un grupo alquilo(C1-C6); R6 representa un grupo alquilo(C1-C6); R4 y R5 pueden formar juntos un ciclo seleccionado entre los ciclos de azetidina, pirrolidina, piperidina, morfolina, tiomorfolina, piperazina, azepina, opcionalmente substituidos por un grupo alquilo(C1-C6). Utilización en terapéutica y método de síntesis.
