Abstract
La invención se relaciona con cristales mixtos que comprende a) agentes fermentadores y b) 0.1 a 5000 ppm peso, con relación a la cantidad total de agentes fermentadores, de promotores de cristalización en la forma de cuando menos un polímero, en donde cuando se usan derivados de celulosa hidrofílica como promotores de cristalización, la cantidad de los mismos se reduce a menos de 100 ppm peso con relación a la cantidad total de agentes fermentadores. La presente invención se invención se relaciona además con la producción de cristales mixtos y el uso de los mismos en la producción de artículos horneados, como reguladores de acidez en alimentos, en la fabricación de productos cosméticos, en la síntesis y formulación de productos farmacéuticos, y como agentes de soplado en procesos técnicos tales como la fabricación de cauco de espuma o para formulaciones de extinción de fuego. La presente invención se relaciona además con la producción de artículos horneados.
