Abstract
La invención se refiere a un conducto flexible submarino para transportar hidrocarburos, el conducto flexible incluye desde el interior al exterior una envoltura hermética interna (18), por lo menos una capa de blindaje de tracción (14, 16) enrollados alrededor de la envoltura hermética interna, una capa de retención deformable (12) que incluye por lo menos una cinta de retención flexible enrollada alrededor de la capa de blindaje de tracción y por lo menos una estructura tubular (10) que rodea la capa de retención, en donde la cinta de retención incluye mechas de fibra y las mechas están orientadas sustancialmente en dirección longitudinal de la cinta de retención. De acuerdo con la invención, la cinta de retención es cubierta por una capa reforzante de un material polimérico para la resistencia a la deformación de la capa de retención.
