Abstract

La invención se refiere a un aparato (1) para la remoción de fluidos y/o sólidos de una mezcla de materiales en partículas, con un contenedor (2) que constituye un espacio de procesamiento en forma de anillo (20) con un contorno exterior cilíndrico, que tiene dispositivos para la carga y descarga del material en partículas dentro y fuera del espacio de procesamiento (20), y con un dispositivo ventilador (5) para suministrar un agente de fluidización desde la parte inferior hacia el espacio de procesamiento (20), así como dispositivos (6) para el procesamiento del agente de fluidización en la dirección del flujo enfrente del dispositivo ventilador, en donde la celdas (15, 16, 17) del espacio de procesamiento (20) se forman extendiéndose en la dirección vertical, en donde una celda constituye una celda de descarga (17) a través de la cual no hay flujo de agente de fluidización desde la parte inferior, en donde en el extremo inferior de la celda de descarga está dispuesto el dispositivo de descarga, y en donde otra celdas (15) está provista con un dispositivo de carga y en donde las celdas (15, 16, 17)están abiertas en sus extremos superiores para hacer posible el transporte del material a la celda de descarga (17), en donde arriba del espacio de procesamiento (20) se unen paletas torcidas (9), las cuales están inclinadas o curvadas en la dirección del flujo desde la celda de carga (15) hasta la celda de descarga (17), el diámetro exterior de dichas paletas torcidas no es mayor que el diámetro exterior del espacio de procesamiento (20) y dichas paletas torcidas están rodeadas por una camisa exterior (3) que no sobre sale radialmente por encima de la camisa exterior (3) del espacio de procesamiento (20).
