Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para procesar al menos un estrato delgado continuo, depositado en la primer superficie de un substrato, caracterizado porque dicho al menos un estrato delgado se calienta a una temperatura de al meno 300ºC mientras mantiene una temperatura inferior o igual a 150ºC en la superficie de dicho substrato, opuesto a dicha primer superficie, con objeto de incrementar la velocidad de cristalización de dicho estrato delgado mientras se mantiene continuo y sin etapa alguna de fusión de dicho estrato delgado. La invención también se refiere a un material que puede obtenerse mediante el uso de dicho método.
