Abstract
Se describe un consomé o un artículo de condimentación que comprende grasa y glicerol, 5-45% en peso de glutamato monosódico, y que adicionalmente comprende por lo menos uno de los siguientes ingredientes: 20-70% en peso de sal, 5-20% en peso de azúcar, 2-15 en peso de almidón, 2-20% en peso de especias, 2-30% en peso de hierbas, en donde la cantidad total de grasa y glicerol es de 4-30% con un contenido de poliol líquido de 1-10% en peso del concentrado total, y un diámetro de partícula mayor de 1.2 cm. La invención adicionalmente se relaciona con un proceso para preparar tal consomé o artículo de condimentación.
