Abstract

Esta invención se relaciona con sistemas reactivos para la producción de espumas de poliuretano de baja densidad para el relleno de cavidades para áreas de aplicación VRA (vibración por ruidos y aspereza) en donde el sistema exhibe emisiones de COV reducidas. Estas espumas incluyen un componente reactivo con isocianato que tiene una viscosidad de al menos aproximadamente 3.000 mPa.s a 23ºC e incluyen al menos un compuesto iniciado con amina que contiene grupos reactivos con isocianatos.
