Abstract
본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 연질계의 폴리우레탄 폼 제조시 디올 성분으로서 폴리에테르계 디올과 폴리에스테르계 디올을 혼합 사용하고, 발포제의 함량을 변화시켜 제조된 폴리우레탄 폼을 공기입 타이어의 내부공간(cavity)에 위치시킴으로써 타이어 내부공간(cavity)에서 발생되는 공명소음을 저감하면서 또 내구성을 개선시키는 효과를 가진다.

Claims (9)
- 디올과 디이소시아네이트를 반응시켜 얻어지며,
상기 디올은 폴리에테르계 디올로 수산기가가 22 내지 36 mgKOH/g이고, 중량평균분자량 3,000 내지 3,500 g/mol인 폴리프로필렌옥사이드를 상기 전체 디올 100 중량부 중 88 내지 92 중량부로 포함하고, 폴리에스테르계 디올로 수산기가가 260 내지 325 mgKOH/g인 폴리카프로락톤 디올을 상기 전체 디올 100 중량부 중 8 내지 12 중량부로 포함하며,
상기 디올과 디이소시아네이트를 중량비 100 : 30 내지 100 : 35로 반응시켜 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 폼. - 삭제

- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 화학적 발포제는 물이고, 상기 디올 100중량부에 대하여 1.10~1.50 중량부로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 폼.
- 제1항, 제7항 및 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리우레탄 폼을 내부 공극에 포함하는 공기입 타이어.
