Abstract
La invención proporciona compuestos (I) y composiciones farmacéuticas de los mismos, y más particularmente, carbamatos bicíclicos, que son útiles como inhibidores de catepsina, y los métodos para usar tales compuestos o sales farmacéuticamente aceptables de los mismos, en donde X es 0 ó S R1 es OR2, halo, (CR2)nR3, nitro, ciano, amino, amido, sulfonamida, o un alquilo de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono, alquenilo de 2 a 6 átomos de carbono o alquinilo de 3 a 6 átomos de carbono sustituido opcionalmente, R2 es H, (CR2)nR3, o un alquilo de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono, alquenilo de 2 a 6 átomos de carbono o alquinilo de 3 a 6 átomos de carbono sustituido opcionalmente, R3 es un arilo, heteroarilo, anillo carbocíclico o un anillo heterocíclico opcionalmente sustituido; m es 1-3, y n es 0-4.
